Leadership

Wendy Gold, Principal

Wendy Gold is the Founder of Gold Brand Group with more than 20 years of global brand consulting experience. She leads all GBG client engagements and strategy development.

A seasoned strategist and facilitator, Wendy advises clients across categories on their brand, specializing in healthcare and tech. She has led teams to brand early-stage startups, transform iconic company brands and develop and launch new products including 15 medical devices and digital health solutions.

Prior to founding GBG, she held senior brand strategy roles at some of the world's best branding firms including Desgrippes Gobé and Landor Associates. At Landor, she was instrumental in building the firm's digital branding practice. She started her marketing career at internet pioneers, PointCast and Ikonic Interactive in the early days of the web.

Wendy has been recognized by CivicAction as a rising city leader for their inaugural Fellowship program. She taught at design schools including OCAD University and George Brown College and is an Innovator and Program Advisor at the Brookfield Sustainability Institute.
